Rent includes heat, water, internet, cable , netflix and prime tv. Ideal location within minutes of U of W and WLU. Close to St. Jacobs market and Conestoga Mall. Numerous plazas minutes away. Banks, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The building is on bus routes and a short walk to the LRT. We are looking for someone needing a room in a quiet home. I live with my partner & her young adult son. We mostly keep to ourselves. The livingroom is usually unoccupied. Her son works & is in his room mostly. I am a working professional and my partner & I usually stay in our room. We have a very social & friendly little Shih Tzu. He is allergy free. You must be ok a small dog. |
