| I am a Waterloo student going away this summer and subletting my room at 164 Erb St. W at a discount. The availability of the sublet is from June 1st to August 31st. The location is conveniently situated near uptown and Waterloo park, and there are plenty of bus and LRT routes nearby (5, 12, 202, 301). There is the option to park in the driveway if you have a car. You will have access to a shared kitchen, dining room, and washer and dryer. The room is on the first floor, situated right beside a shared bathroom. My roommates are super chill master's students, and we enjoy cooking meals for each other and socializing in general. |
