House Details: - Fully Furnished. - You will be living with 2 senior adults (owners) and their basset hound dog named Ralph, (all very friendly) plus 2 other students. - Great location in family friendly neighbourhood, 10-12 minute walk from Niagara College. - Actually located on Silvan Dr, next to Woodlawn Road (Kijiji Map does not work correctly) - House is cleaned weekly for you; something you do not get with a student house. - Great for serious students who want to live in a well-kept, quiet house, that feels like a home and not a student rental. - House backs onto Woodlawn Park (no rear neighbours, nice nature feel). - Rent includes high speed internet, laundry machines, dishes, cooking utensils, and all utility expenses. Requirements: - Must be clean, quite, friendly, respectable and responsible. - Even though the house is cleaned for you, you must still clean up after yourself, including washing your dishes etc. - No parties or get-togethers allowed. - Ideal for, but not limited to students who live within a 1-3hr drive and like to visit their home on weekends. -Better for students who do not have a vehicle, but may have space for 1 more vehicle. - Must pay rent on time, no exceptions, and pay first and last month rent up front.
