Perfect for couples or 2 friends willing to share a room, this unit comes fully furnished and has plenty of open space. The lease takeover would start for May 1st, and go until the end of August. After this point it the lease switches over to a month-to-month tenancy, so you would need to give a two-month advance notice to management if and when you'd like to move out (for example, for December move outs, let them know by early October). Hydro is extra (anywhere between $65-$120 a month- depending on usage) Plenty of parking available ($100 a month, operated on an app). This unit is extremly close to the two universities (Waterloo and Laurier) as well as Conestoga College (Waterloo Campus). There are plenty of grocery stores, parks, etc within the area. The rent price is $1712, but if I am able to get this lease takeover signed as soon as possible, in time for May 1st I will give an upfront amount of $600 to cover $100/month for the remaining minimum term of this lease (may, june, july, august, september, october = $600).
