Ideally, I am looking for a roommate that will stay for all the summer 2025 or longer. ** The room ** Large window (glass wall to wall and floor to ceiling), furnished with a double size bed, an office desk and chair, two-night tables and a big closet. ** The apartment ** Located on the 19th floor with a nice south view of Ottawa. It has a large balcony. The apartment is furnished as shown on the images with all kitchenware and utensils. A large 75 inches flat screen TV with local channels, Netflix and Prime TV available in the living room. Parking available for an additional cost (indoor garage, underground and heated) ** The building ** Located downtown Ottawa. Amenities: swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, library and terrace. The building is only 10 minutes walking distance to the Federal Parliament. You: please be a nonsmoker (this is a must). Ideally, you should be student or worker.
