The room and the whole apartment is fully furnished, ready to move in. You will be sharing the apartment with a female professional. We would prefer a female tenant but we are flexible if you are respectful and clear. We have a really chill female cat in the apartment, she sleeps most of the time but it’s important for the renter not to be allergic to cats! Available from June 20th to July 2nd!! The place is rented from June 7-19th already!! Location is West Queen West. Close to liberty village, restaurants, grocery stores, bars and all essentials Price $850 for the whole stay. (June 20th to July 2nd) Shorter rental options, 5 and 10 days are available but would prefer some who can stay for the whole time. Then it’s 80$/night |
