| Hello all. I am officially on the hunt for a long term rental (1-2 years) while I sell my house and look for a new one in the area. Looking for something close to town but in town is not a necessity. House preferred, but I'm not ruling out apartments & duplexes etc. I've been a homeowner for 10yrs so I don't have rental references but I do have an appritiation for what it is to own and maintain a property. Looking for a 2-3 bedroom for $2000 or would do a 3-4 bedroom for $2500. Minor flexibility with the budget. I will have 2 kids a small senior dog and a cat. Looking for June or July 1st. I appreciate any and all leads and I'm super excited to be here XD |
