Payment due the 1st of every month. Details : Floor to ceiling glass 10 feet high. Views of the sunrise and sunset. Corner unit facing SW.Full wrap around balcony. Fully furnished, Modern unit / building, all fairly new appliances, Dishwasher, Washer / Dryer in unit, GYM, Party Room will pool tables, Spin room,Yoga room with free yoga classes, Free coffee/hot drinks daily from 6 am to 12 pm, Fully wheelchair accessible. Queer Safety: I am a 47 year old gay male open and welcoming of all genders, races, etc. There are also several other gay couples living within the building. As a gay individual, I have always felt safe and welcomed. There has been no known issues of homophobia. Accessibility: Building and unit is fully wheelchair accessible. Smoke Free Location: Lawrence West and Weston Road Extremely high walk score with lots of amenities close by Banks, Shoppers Drug Mart, Pizza, No frills, Fresc, Superstore, Tim Hortons, Parks, Tennis courts, Football and Baseball Field, River, Running and Bike trails and much more… Transit Access: 2 min walk to the nearest bus stops for both Lawerence West or Weston Road. These are also express stops. Lawrence West 24 hrs route to the airport 5 Mins walk to Weston GO/UP express station which means fast convenient access to the airport and or downtown. Perfect location for someone working at the airport (Pilot, etc) or DT. Views of downtown and the airport from Balcony. Perfect Central Location. Your Room: Fully Furnished but can be changed. It is a corner room with views to the west and south. You will have your own full washroom which is separate to your bedroom. There is a closet as well. Who you will be living with: I am just your average down to earth humble 47 year old gay male. I am very quiet and spend most of my time in my room. I do cook sometimes and love sharing meals but also respectful of an individual's space and time. I do not smoke, drink or use any substances. However, I do not discriminate against others who do once they have it under control. Kitchen : Electric stove and oven, microwave, kettle, blender and there is also a dishwasher! So, the sink will be clear unless a few things are soaking to be hand washed. To be transparent, I like to keep things organized in the common space especially the kitchen and fridge with your preferences in mind. Laundry : In suite washer and dryer just next to kitchen. Temperature : Central heating and central cooling throughout the unit with the control panel located in the living room. . Landlords: Office staff is very amicable especially for one guy who is my go to person for everything. He is amazing, efficient, reliable… They are non-invasive, professional, and prompt with repairing any issues with the unit.. Noise Levels : Keep in mind that it’s a newer building 2019. However the neighbors are very quiet Guests : You are welcome to have guests any day and time at your convenience once they are quiet and respectful of the rules such as no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Cleaning : Whenever the dishwasher, trash, etc is full we can discuss sharing chores and take turns getting house supplies such as sponges/tp/paper towels etc. We can check in every one-two weeks to take on house chores but plan to use a physical chart to track tasks more visibly. I’d like the new person to be open to joining a cleaning routine (that can also be flexible). Garbage, recycling, and organics chute is just next to the unit. Communication and Conflict : We all have our quirks regarding neurodivergence and mental health.Would like for us to be considerate, communicate, and compromise when any needs or conflicts come up. My preference is talking it through face to face, being non-judgemental, and open about what we desire and need when it comes to living together. With honesty and some kindness, I feel like we’re all open to compromising a little. Interested : My availability is very flexible for viewings and meeting to discuss things further.
