| Hello, we are professional working adult and 4th year psychology student from UPEI. Both are quiet and clean. We are looking to rent out the third room in our townhouse , starting from May 1st. Move in date preferred is May 02 after 5 pm (Rent can start from this day). This is the new lease, so your name will be on the lease from May 2025 to May 2026. This is the newly renovated Browns Court townhouse already. The place is fully furnished and has excellent decor, comes with in-house laundry washer and dryer, equipped kitchen and cabinets . The room will come with bed, shelves, table, chair and closets. The other 2 roommates are really considerate and quiet . It’s a peaceful place. Visitors are welcome but not jn a big group and making party or noise. It is $850 includes all utilities and wifi Parking is available upon request with the management. Serious inquiry only !
