Walking distance to U.P.E.I. (13 min). PARKING IS AVAILABLE. Room is in a lovely, large and CLEAN house located on Mount Edward Road in Charlottetown. Room is FULLY furnished with a good quality (840 pocket coil) queen size bed, dresser, student desk, couch. The large kitchen, den, patio are shared by all. You would be sharing 1.5 bathrooms with 4 other people. Everything you need to cook and eat with is available for you to use. The house is within walking distance to the university (UPEI), a large grocery store, shopping mall, and cinema. ALL INCLUDED IN RENT: - wifi high speed internet access -free laundry facilities (washer and dryer) -heat, electricity, hot water, dishwasher, oven, cooking range, microwave, 3 full size fridges, deep freezer, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, - large private back deck with BBQ - Grass cutting and snow removal also provided. Other Info: Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house - NO PETS - NO PARTIES - One month security deposit required. -Cleaning is a shared responsibility between all tenants, cleanliness is enforced by the landlord via the lease - Having a guest over occasionally is permitted - this is a quiet home with studious U.P.E.I. students.
