| Available July 1st! Hi everyone! My name is Samantha and I’m currently a student at UPEI, looking for a female roommate to share my 2 bed 1 bath condo! The unit is on the second floor (no elevator). Rent is $974 a month, plus wifi and electricity, which is split evenly. There is room for 1 car in the parking lot. The apartment comes fully furnished (as pictured), in exception to the room. The bed in the photos is a double bed, for size reference. Amenities include washroom with full shower/bath, a balcony, and in-unit laundry! Must be okay living with animals, as I do have a 11 y/o male neutered black domestic shorthair cat. He is super friendly and loves people! (A photo of my baby boy is posted) One other animal is also more than welcome! Unfortunately, the landlord doesn’t allow dogs, but another cat, bunny, or reptile would be welcome! (Must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and be neutered as well if cat/bunny) This is a quiet and mature building, so while guests and friends are more than welcome, no large parties are allowed. No smoking/vaping. Preference will be given to students of UPEI, AVC, or Holland College. If interested, please DM me more about yourself, and your pet (if applicable)!
