| I am subleasing a room at Holland College’s Cumberland residence. The room comes furnished with a desk, office chair, bed and dressers. It’s located a ten-minute walk from downtown Charlottetown. The apartment itself is a 3-bedroom - I am the only person staying here right now. One or two rooms are available.
