| AVAILABLE FOR JUNE 1st. IF AD IS UP ITS AVAILABLE. Fully furnished room for rent for JUNE 1st. Room is furnished with a double bed, drawers, desk and chair. Only thing you have to bring is your bedding MUST LIKE DOGS! I have a 7 lb dog who is very friendly and loving. ABOUT THE SPACE: 3 bedroom modern furnished condo. Laundry ensuite, full access of kitchen and living room. We like a clean, tidy, calm atmosphere. THE ROOMIES: There’s 2 of us currently (woman) residing in the condo. We both work FT Mon to Friday. On weekends one of the roommates leaves for the full weekend, she’s usually only home 2-3 days a wk. I’m the lease holder I’m 36yrs old have had the space since Nov 2023 and plan to be there for another 3yrs. What’s more important to me is WHO I live with. I’m looking for the right vibe. Someone who is quiet, respectful and clean. I have a boyfriend who sleeps over on weekends and will visit 1-2 nights a week.
