| One roommate is leaving because she finished school so we are looking for 1 new roommates to replace her . Looking for 1 person from July 1st 2025- June 30, 2026. Location: - in Snowdon, less than 5 min from metro or bus, parks and lots of convenience stores. The apartment is bright, calm and big with 3 rooms and 2 balconies on each side. A kitchen with a stove, fridge, washer and dryer. And a great bathroom. One room is going to be empty so you can bring your stuffs with you. We are looking for people who respect the working routine, so we can cultivate a clean, calm and respectful environment for all. About you: - someone calm, clean and respectful - non-smoker - who's preferably the same age (25-28) -someone who is working or finishing college - who'll take part in our shared cleaning schedule - who can be independent and spend time together when possible. We will to find people with the same vibe. Unfortunately we can't accept any pets or couples. The price: 550$ + electricity, internet at around 40$ or less depending on the season.
