| Bonjour! Ma colocataire et moi-même quittons notre appartement 4 1/2 le 1er Juin et nous sommes donc à la recherche de nouveaux locataires ! :) C'est un appartement meublé (four, frigo américain, micro-ondes, machine à café, vaiselle, table à manger, canapés, grande tv, 1 lit, un second matelas, laveuse/sécheuse). Il y a beaucoup de rangement/placards et il y a une pièce où vous pouvez stocker vos valises ou autres gros électroménagers. Il y a également un balcon (je n'ai pas encore posté de photos car il va être un peu réaménagé ce week-end). La porte de douche a été démontée car il faut la réparer mais un rideau de douche a été rajoutée comme remplacement temporaire ce qui ne pose aucun problème pendant la douche. La wifi et l'électricité sont à rajouter mais pour nous c'était très peu cher. Nous étions deux colocataires mais l'appartement est assez grand pour accueillir 3 personnes ou un couple avec enfants. La rue est très calme et le métro est à 10min à pied + bus 125 à 3min à pied. Preuves d'emploi et références de crédit sont également demandées (nous avons fait la notre en ligne ce qui a été très rapide et gratuit). My roommate and I are leaving our 4 1/2 apartment on June 1st and we're looking for new tenants! :) This is a furnished apartment (over, American fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, table, sofas, large TV, 1 bed with mattress, extra-mattress, washer/dryer). There's a lot of storage/closets and there's an extra room that you can use to store your luggages or other big electronics. There is also a balcony (I didn't add photos yet as it will be a bit rearranged this weekend). The shower door has been removed because it needs to be repaired but it has been replaced by a curtain which works perfectly well. Wifi and electricity are not included but it wasn't expensive for us. We were two but the apartment is big enough for three people or for a couple with children. The street is calm and the metro is 10min away + bus 125 3min away. Proof of employment and credit check are also required (we did ours online and it was free).
