L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, à 5min de marche de la station Beaubien ET Rosemont. Il y a un SuperC et un IGA à distance de marche et toute la Plaza Saint-Hubert à 2 pas. L'appartement est complétement meublé avec des électros neufs et il a été rénové il y a 1 ou 2 ans ! Il y a deux toilettes ce qui est toujours très pratique ! Il y a aussi une énorme terrasse vraiment agréable l'été et les locataires des appartements autour sont jeunes et très sympathiques Pour les colocs tu vivras avec: Axel 20 ans étudiant en sociologie à l'UQAM Simon 24 ans étudiant en maitrise en génie à Concordia. Arisha 27 ans qui travaille en télétravail et Youcef qui travaille en tech Ils sont tous super cools et Axel et Simon sont très souvent dans la cuisine ou le salon pour discuter ! The location of the appartement is very good being at a 5 min walk from Beaubien AND Rosemont metro station. There is a SuperC and an IGA at walking distance and the Plaza Saint-Hubert is very close. The appartement is fully furnished with new appliances ! There is two bathrooms and a big patio outside and the neighbors are all young and very nice. You'll live with: Axel 20 student in sociology at UQAM Simon 24 student in master at McGill Arisha 27 , she works from home and Youcef working in tech.
