Disponible pour juin ou dès maintenant, pour du court, moyen ou long terme. $730/mois incluant électricité, eau chaude, internet. On serait deux colocs en tout, préférablement sans animaux. Laveuse/sécheuse dans l'appartement, cuisine bien équipée, belle salle-de-bain, planchers de bois-franc, plafonds hauts. Grande terrasse, parfaite pour faire des plantations et des barbecues :-) Je suis sociable, ouvert d'esprit. Intéressé par la musique, les arts, tout ce qui est créatif en général.
