Laveuse/sécheuse dans l'appartement, lave-vaisselle, cuisine bien équipée, belle salle-de-bain, planchers de bois-franc, plafonds hauts, grande terrasse ensoleillée :-) On serait deux colocs en tout, préférablement sans animaux, pas de fumée à l'intérieur. Chambre non-meublée ou semi-meublée, selon les besoins. Il ne manque que lit+matelas. Disponible pour juillet ou dès maintenant, pour du court, moyen ou long terme. $720/mois incluant électricité, eau chaude, internet. Je suis ouvert d'esprit, sociable. Je suis intéressé par la musique, les arts, tout ce qui est créatif en général. Je suis artisan de métier. Je m'entend bien avec pas mal tout le monde, je cherche quelqu'un avec qui la colocation sera simple, agréable et décontractée.
