| Bonjour! Je cherche à sous-louer ma chambre à une femme du mois de juin 2025 jusqu’au mois d’août 2025 inclusivement. Le loyer de la chambre est de 575$/mois, plus les charges : internet (18$/personne/mois) et HydroQC (entre 30$ et 60$/personne/mois, mais ce sera plus proche de 30$ parce que ce sera l’été, donc il n’y aura pas le prix du chauffage). L’appartement est un 4 ½ fraîchement rénové et merveilleusement bien situé sur Beaubien au coin de Clark, au cœur de la Petite Italie, à deux pas de la rue Saint-Laurent, du marché Jean-Talon et à 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Beaubien. Tu habiterais avec Léa, une Française de 26 ans, et Sarah, une Française de 27 ans. Léa est une jeune professionnelle qui commence à travailler dans le monde du cinéma et qui travaille également dans une boulangerie. Léa habiterait dans l’appartement pour les trois premières semaines de juin, mais elle cherche aussi à sous-louer sa chambre pour l’été, alors une autre personne y habiterait de la fin juin à septembre. Sarah est pâtissière. Les deux parlent couramment le français ainsi que l’anglais. Nous cherchons quelqu’un qui logerait dans une chambre située à l’avant (voir photo). Je pourrais laisser les meubles dans la chambre ou les enlever, à votre convenance. Sarah occupe la chambre qui donne sur la cuisine et Léa occupe le salon situé à l’avant, avec un rideau comme séparation avec le reste de l’appartement. The rent for the room is 575$/month, plus the charges: internet (18$/person/month) and HydroQC (between 30$ and 60$/person/month, but it will be closer to 30$ because it will be summer, so there won’t be heating). It is situated in a 4 ½ newly renovated apartment which is very well located on the corner of Beaubien and Clark, in the heart of the Little Italy neighborhood, very close to St-Laurent street, to the marché Jean-Talon and 10 minutes by walk from Beaubien metro station. You would be living with Léa, a 26-year-old French woman, and Sarah, a 27-years-old french woman. Léa is a young professional who will be starting to work in the cinema industry and currently works in a bakery. She will be staying in the apartment for about 3 weeks in June, but then she would also like to sublet her room from the end of June to September, so you would be staying with someone else. Sarah is a baker. They both speak French and English fluently. We are looking for someone to live in one of the rooms situated at the front of the apartment (see picture). I could leave the furniture in the room or leave it empty, at your convenience. Sarah lives in the room next to the kitchen and Léa lives in the living room situated at the front of the apartment, with a curtain separating her room from the rest of the apartment.
