| English will follow. Grande chambre lumineuse dans une colocation à 5 (4 + vous) en plein centre de Montréal. Chacun a sa chambre ce qui nous permet autant de socialiser et faire des soirée avec les autres colocs dans les picèces que de s'isoler dans sa chambre si l'on souhaite se concentrer. L'appartement est mixte, il y a en ce moment 2 filles et 2 gars plus vous. Nous recherchons donc un ou une colocataire jeune et dynamique pour nous rejoindre. L'appartement est en plein centre ville, à 3 minute à pied de tout, que ce soit épicerie, université, bar et le métro. L'appartement a donc 5 chambres, une par personne plus une cuisine, 2 salle de bain, un salon et une entrée assez grande que l'on uttilise aussi comme deuxième salon. Le tout réparti sur 2 étages, la chambre est au rez de chaussez. Vous pouvez voir les photos de la chambre, elle viens avec tous les meubles présent excepté le meuble marron en bois à coté du bureau. La chambre est pour l'instant à 700$ mais va passer à 726$ par mois le premier Juillet, elle est disponible à partir du 8 mai mais vous ne paierez que la moitié du mois de mai. The apartment is mixed and there will be 2 girls and 2 boys and you. We are then looking for a young and dynamic roommate to join us. The apartment is in the downtown of Montreal, close (at 3 min) to everything : universities, bars, groceries and the metro. The apartment has 5 rooms, one for each roommate, a kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a large entry that we also use as second living room. You can see the room on the photos, all the furniture is included except the brown dresser next to the desk. The room is at 700$ for the moment but will be at 726$ after the first of July. The room is available after the 8 of May and the first half of the month will be paid.
