On sera deux colocs en tout, préférablement sans animaux. C'est $730/mois tout inclus, électricité, eau chaude, internet. Il y a laveuse/sécheuse dans l'appart, cuisine équipée, belle salle-de-bain, planchers de bois-franc, plafonds hauts. Grande terrasse, parfaite pour faire des plantations et des barbecues :-) Je suis sociable, ouvert d'esprit. Intéressé par la musique, les arts, tout ce qui est créatif en général.
