| Colocation - 1er juillet* English will follow Une chambre se libère dans ma colocation de deux, située dans Hochelaga, croisement d’Iberville et Hochelaga. La chambre est non meublée mais possibilité de racheter les meubles (lit, matelas, commode et table de chevet). Les meubles m’appartiennent alors ils seront à partager avec ton futur colocataire. Le logement possède deux chambres fermées, un salon, une grande cuisine ainsi qu’un balcon à l’avant et à l’arrière (très calme, donne sur une impasse). Il s’agit d’un appartement non fumeur et qui n’accepte malheureusement pas les animaux. Le logement est situé près de toutes les commodités : supermarchés, pharmaprix, dépanneurs, parcs, à moins de 15min à pieds. L’emplacement est plutôt tranquille, résidentiel. Tu seras à 5 minutes à pied des bus 24, 94, 29, 10, et 97, et à 10 minutes à pied du métro Frontenac (ligne verte). Il y aussi deux stations bixi très proches ! Le loyer est actuellement de 785$/mois (chauffage compris) + charges (environ 50$/mois). The room is unfurnished but it is possible to buy the furniture (bed, mattress, chest of drawers and bedside table). The furniture belongs to me, so it will be shared with your future roommate. The apartment has two closed bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen and a balcony at the front and back (very quiet, overlooking an impasse). The apartment is non-smoking and unfortunately does not accept pets. The apartment is located close to all amenities: supermarkets, pharmaprix, convenience stores, parks, less than 15min walk away.
