The building (2002) is low-rise concrete: clean, quiet, secure, and well maintained. Laundry in building. Parking available ($). Your share: $825/month (internet included) + ~$25/month hydro (based on 3-year average). One-month security deposit required. Visits: After 4 PM weekdays or anytime on weekends.
