Grands placards pour deux personnes. Sans vis-à-vis. Matelas neuf. Toute la literie est incluse. Belle grande cuisine équipée (four, frigo, micro-onde, plusieurs petits électros, vaisselle, gamelles, etc), qui donne sur la salle à manger avec une table de 4 places (qui peut s'allonger). Grand salon double. Deux divans avec table basse dans la partie avant, dont un divan-lit qui peut accueillir deux invités (literie inclus). Piano et grande tablette dans la partie arrière, avec un espace ouverte pour yoga ou autre. Espace bureau avec grand plan de travail, chaise de bureau, tiroirs et nécessaires du bureau, et une imprimante laser (noir et blanc). Salle de bains avec grande douche. Salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. Balcon avant avec chaises et table, vue sur le Mont-Royal. Un stationnement de vélo suspendu dans l'escalier intérieur disponible (vélo non-fourni). Stationnement sur rue avec vignette. Très bon état; décor moderne; plusieurs murs de briques exposés; isolation dans les murs extérieurs; insonorisation entre les étages. Il n'y a ni télévision ni système de son. Il n’y a pas de climatisation. Fumer interdit à l’intérieur. Animaux interdits. Vous n'avez qu'à arriver avec vos valises. L'appartement est vraiment entièrement équipé. Je vous laisse même les produits de nettoyage, des sacs de poubelle, le papier toilette, etc, que vous remplacez quand ils s'épuisent. L'imprimante est fournie pour des petits documents... pour votre mémoire, une imprimerie se trouve à 5 minutes. Je laisse beaucoup de mes affaires personnelles dans l’appartement, entreposées en majorité dans un placard fermé au fond de la salle de lavage. Je passerais peut-être de temps en temps (une fois aux quelques mois) déposer et récupérer mon stock, lors de mon passage à Montréal.
