| The apartment is wonderfully located and beautiful! - Plateau, right by Parc Laurier - Classic Montreal building, high ceilings - South facing window, lots of light - Two balconies - Excellent location for transportation - 2 minute (!!!!) walk from Laurier metro - Easy to walk and bike everywhere - Close to grocery stores (super c, metro), restaurants (st Denis and rue Mont royal) - Washer and dryer in unit -Bathtub - 2 cats $898/month + hydro&wifi $50 (varies) You’ll be living with Clara and her two cute cats (pictured)! About Clara: I am a 30 year old musician and work as a birth/postpartum doula. At home you can catch me cooking vegan meals, reading, painting, writing, playing music, working on my balcony garden, or laying on the floor with my kitties. Because my work schedule fluctuates and is typically at night I’m home during the day and out at night. I am an introvert disguised as an extrovert so I need my home to be a tranquil place to retreat to. That being said, I do love having people over for dinners and hangs. Gatherings are also fun. I am sober out of necessity so I need to live with someone who doesn't party excessively. Overall I am looking for someone who is clean, in their late 20s to early 30s, communicates well, and is down to hang out sometimes but also does their own thing. Furniture: The kitchen and living-room are furnished. The bedroom can be unfurnished, partially furnished, or I’m open to selling furniture to the next tenant!
