| Hello everyone, I’m looking to transfer my fully furnished room. The apartment is fully equipped, including two adorable little cats. It’s a bright space with three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. The apartment is ideally located on Queen Mary, close to bus stops, a 6-minute walk from Snowdon metro, and near plenty of restaurants, Dollarama, Pharmaprix, and Metro. From the kitchen, you can see Saint Joseph’s Oratory, and there are several parks nearby, including Summit Woods. The lease duration is flexible and can be discussed with the main tenant. Rent: $890 all-inclusive (negotiable for the current month). You'll be sharing the space with two adorable cats—Jerry & Prune—as well as a friendly and sociable Belgian chef, Kamil, who will be leaving at the end of April. Starting in May (exact date to be determined), the main tenant, Valéry, and her two-year-old child will move in. They are both lovely, full of life, and enjoy a calm and clean environment.
