Renovated in 2023. I have a fully furnished apartment with a sofa, kitchenware, basic furniture, and other essentials. The room has 2 windows with a good amount of sunlight. My current roommate is also leaving his bedroom furniture behind (meaning you can have his basic bedroom furniture without a cost; we will discuss this).
