| Bonjour, Hello, Je sous-loue mon joli appartement pour 1 mois x 2 :) I am subletting my beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Mile Ex, Montreal, for 1 month x 2 1 / approximately October 20th to November 20th, 2025 2/ approximately March 1-31 2026 A full description of my place + photos is easily accessed via this AirBnB listing : https://www.airbnb.ca/rooms/1762680 A few highlights: - I have a steam sauna! - October is kiwi season - growing on my deck! - You can borrow my bike + helmet or ice-skates + cross-country skis (size 38) while I'm away. $2,200 including utilities and internet. If you need to extend your stay in either direction, that *may* be possible (as a roommate) : $50/night; $300/week or $900/month. My ideal subletter is one or 2 people who is/are quiet, conscientious, clean, communicative and capable of keeping my plants alive! My close friends live above (mother + teenage son) and below (parents + 21 year old), so getting along with them is primordial. My place has an artsy, DIY, vintage, femmy lived-in vibe.
