Room for rent in a nice large 2-bedroom apartment to share with a quiet mature professional female artist, I meditate and do yoga I have a very healthy lifestyle. The apartment is located on a nice street in the Mile-end, on Hutchison Street and Bernard. The apartment is closed to everything, bus, metro, restaurants,10 minutes to Mac Gill 15 to downtown, 5 minutes to metro Outremont. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and sunny, the room is medium size, sunny, facing trees, large terrace at the back of the apartment. No cats or dogs. Internet and hydro included. Rent is $690. The room is furnished with a new double bed, desk and side table bed. I am looking for a clean, mature, responsible, quiet, no smoking person who studies o works outside the apartment like I do, someone who could provide me with rental reference.
