| Hi! My name is Ayan and I am looking for someone to sublet my lease starting from March with to possibility to extend. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the bed is available. The apartment is located in a very vibrant neighborhood and only 5 minutes walk from the Lionel Groulx metro station (intersection of green and orange lines) and Atwater Market. Many bus stops around, e.g. 747, 35, 36 and etc. Very close to Super C, IGA, Pharamprix, Dollarama and other restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment has washer and dryer. There is a balcony accessible through kitchen. In general, the apartment has a lot of storage space, natural sun light and very convenient location to reach everywhere in Downtown and a helpful landlord. The rent doesn’t include hydro and internet. You will be sharing the apartment with one roommate, a PhD student at University of Montreal. De nombreux arrêts de bus se trouvent à proximité, notamment les lignes 747, 35, 36, etc. Il est également très proche de Super C, IGA, Pharmaprix, Dollarama ainsi que de plusieurs restaurants, cafés et boutiques. L'appartement dispose d’une laveuse et d’une sécheuse. Il y a un balcon accessible depuis la cuisine. De manière générale, l'appartement offre beaucoup d’espace de rangement, une belle lumière naturelle et un emplacement très pratique pour se rendre partout au centre-ville. De plus, le propriétaire est très serviable. Le loyer n'inclut pas l’hydro ni Internet. Vous partagerez l'appartement avec un colocataire, un étudiant au doctorat à l'Université de Montréal.
