Disponible pour juin ou dès maintenant, je suis ouvert à louer pour du court, moyen, ou long terme. La chambre fait 11x11 pieds, avec une grande fenêtre. Non-meublée ou semi-meublée, selon les besoins. Il ne manque qu'un lit+matelas. On sera deux colocs en tout, préférablement sans animaux, pas de fumée à l'intérieur. $700/mois tout inclus, électricité, eau chaude, internet. Laveuse/sécheuse dans l'appartement, cuisine bien équipée, belle salle-de-bain, planchers de bois-franc, plafonds hauts. Grande terrasse, parfaite pour faire des plantations et des barbecues :-) Je suis sociable, ouvert d'esprit, respectueux. J'aime passer des bons moments entre colocs, partager un repas, une conversation, un événement culturel ou festif, mais j'apprécie aussi les moments de solitude. J'aime vivre dans un environnement sain, sans toutefois être un clean-freak. J'aime faire la fête de temps en temps, mais ça reste dans les limites du raisonnable. Passionné de musique, d'art, intéressé par tout ce qui est créatif en général. Je suis artisan de métier. Je m'entend bien avec à peu près tout le monde.
