| Hello Friends! I'm seeking a roommate to help complete my awesome 4 1/2 flat at 6927 Rue Hutchison. The location is a very close walk to three different grocery stores, Parc Metro station to the west and Little Italy/Jean Talon market to the north. The flat is the entire top level of a triplex and has just been renovated. Includes a fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, bath/shower and a heat pump w/ A/C for the hot summer days. There are two nice balconies in front and back. Rent for the room is $900 / month (1/2 of total rent) + 1/2 hydro. Apartment is non-smoking, no pets and semi-furnished. You'll see my furniture throughout the common areas. We could use some plants and will have lots of room if you'd like to add some of your style. The available room has lots of natural light, is unfurnished and for single occupancy. There is no closet, however the landlord will cover the cost of a wardrobe unit and help install it. About me: I am an early thirties professional musician and sound technician who just moved to town. Single, no kids, non-smoker. I enjoy good food, nights in/out with friends, exercise and travel. At home I value a clean and peaceful space. Regarding music- I keep it to reasonable times and am always approachable if there's a concern. L'appartement occupe tout le dernier étage d'un triplex et vient d'être rénové. Il comprend un réfrigérateur, un four, un lave-vaisselle, une laveuse/sécheuse, une baignoire/douche et une thermopompe avec climatisation pour les chaudes journées d'été. Il y a deux jolis balcons à l'avant et à l'arrière. Le loyer est de 900 $ par mois (la moitié du loyer total) + la moitié de l'électricité. L'appartement est non-fumeur, sans animaux et semi-meublé. Vous verrez mes meubles dans les espaces communs. Des plantes pourraient être utiles et nous aurons beaucoup d'espace si vous souhaitez ajouter votre touche personnelle. La chambre disponible est très lumineuse, non meublée et pour une personne. Il n'y a pas de placard, mais le propriétaire prendra en charge le coût d'une armoire et participera à son installation. À propos de moi : Je suis un musicien et technicien du son professionnel d'une trentaine d'années, récemment arrivé en ville. Célibataire, sans enfant, non-fumeur. J'aime la bonne cuisine, les soirées entre amis, le sport et les voyages. Chez moi, j'apprécie un espace propre et paisible. Concernant la musique, je m'en tiens à des horaires raisonnables et je suis toujours disponible en cas de problème. J'aimerais vivre avec quelqu'un de gentil, respectueux et qui se sente comme un ami !
