Interdiction du fumer, consommer les différentes drogues et alcool dans l'appartement. Les visites sont acceptées seulement pour des femmes. Un centre commercial, un cinéma et plusieurs restaurants et cafés, et commences (Adenis, Dollarama, IGA, Canadien Tire, etc.) sont à quelque pas de l'immeuble.
