I don’t respond to generic or automated messages. ️ The apartment is bright, cozy, and ideally located at the corner of Clark and Rachel — right between Jeanne-Mance and Mont-Royal parks, and just 15 minutes from park La Fontaine. Unfortunatly, it is on the second floor and not wheelchair-accessible. It features: -a large living room where we love to chill, watch movies and play board games - a fully equipped kitchen to share good meals - a big sunny terrace to enjoy the warm season - plenty of storage, plants, and natural light The room for rent is unfurnished but has a large built-in closet. It has a big window and it's super cozy. A double bed frame can be left if needed. Currently, the apartment is shared by 3 roommates, and the rent is $590/month all included. During the summer, one of us will be moving out and won’t be replaced, so the apartment will be shared between just two people. The rent will then be $875/month all included, and we’ll have an extra room to use as a guest room, office, or creative space — whatever suits our needs. More space, more comfort, more possibilities! ♀️ You'll be living with: Sarah (29) – Living here for 5 years, works currently in theatre. She’s vegetarian, enjoys cooking and sharing meals, reading, writing, watching films, and attending cultural or creative events. Val (29) – Living here for 2 years. She's a multidisciplinary artist who makes experimental films and also loves DJing, dancing, swimming, and chilling on the terrace or in the park. Val will be moving out this summer, and her room will become the extra room. We’re looking for someone in their late 20s to early 30s, for a medium to long-term stay. Someone clean, respectful, with good communication skills. Malheureusement, l'appartement est à l'étage et non-accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Tu y trouveras : - un grand salon pour chiller, regarder des films ou jouer à des jeux de société - une cuisine toute équipée pour cuisiner et partager de bons repas, - une grande terrasse pour profiter des beaux jours, - plein de rangements, de plantes et de lumière naturelle La chambre à louer n’est pas meublée, mais elle comprend un grand garde-robe intégré et une grande fenêtre. Elle est très cozy. Une base de lit double peut être laissée, au besoin. L’appartement est actuellement partagé à trois, et le loyer est de 590 $/mois tout inclus. Cet été, une coloc partira et ne sera pas remplacée. L’appartement sera donc partagé à deux, et le loyer passera à 875 $/mois tout inclus. Nous aurons alors une pièce en plus à transformer selon nos envies : bureau, chambre d’ami·e·s ou espace créatif.
