| JUNE 1ST - FLEXIBLE Hi, I'm Claire! I am a 25 year old woman looking for a roommate for my nice 2-bedroom apartment in Ville Ray 2 minutes away from Metro Jarry and near multiple bus routes. Perfect for a student or young professional. Open to people of different situations as long as you are responsible, peaceful, and LGBT friendly. It is a BIG room with a private balcony and it is very pretty :) NO PETS, sorry. Women or nonbinary are preferred. Smoking is okay on the balcony, but not in the room. ACCESSIBILITY: The apartment is on the third floor of the building. Ask me if you have any other questions. ****RENT: $850 all included**** The rent is negotiable for June but must be $850 going forward. You may also rent weekly for $250 a week for June. Open to short term but long term is strongly preferred. There is a possibility that I can transfer the lease to you in the future. AMENITIES: I have a stove, washer-dryer, microwave, cookware etc, as well as a TV. There is a large wardrobe in your room if you want it, and you can have my double mattress or futon if you'd like. I have a portable AC unit, dehumidifiers and a lot of fans. If you already have a second portable AC that's a major plus. PROS: 2 balconies, big kitchen, big windows, beautiful designs in the windows, VERY nice location close to metro jarry, park jarry, multiple grocery stores and basically everything you need. CONS: the landlord just fixed the ceiling in the living room and the ceiling hasn't been painted yet. ABOUT ME: I am 25f, I work at a café and I will attend Concordia in the fall.
