Location, Location, Location: You’ll be in the heart of one of Montreal’s best areas: 2 marches, dollar store, pharmacies, PA grocery store St-Viateur Bagels, great bakery, cool venues & cafes Amazing restaurants, music spots, and unique stores Safe & surprisingly quiet at night Transit: 80 & 160 buses on the corner, easy access to the metro (15–20 min walk or Bixi). There is one parking spot in the back — it’s double parking (shared space), but very rare to have in this area. The building is a 2-unit semi-commercial space — no downstairs neighbours currently (quiet). ️ About the Apartment: 2-bedroom Spacious, bright, clean One parking spot (double parking setup) — if needed Your bedroom: large room with tall ceilings, lots of natural light, and a decent size closet. I’ve included two angles of the room — my current roommate is in the process of moving out, so it’s not fully staged, but you can see it’s a great size.
