Je cherche un•e coloc à partir du premier juin dans un 4 1/2 tout proche de la station frontenac (H2K 3J8) L’appart est meublé (y compris la chambre), situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur. La chambre est grande, donne sur la rue avec un grand dressing, pour 830$ hors charge (compter environ 50$ en plus pour wifi et hydro). Moi c’est Marc, j’ai 26 ans et je suis en doctorat de bio/info à McGill. Plutôt introverti mais j’aime bien faire des activités avec mes colocs, ou me poser pour partager thé, bière ou dîner… Je fais du skate, du basket et des frips. Je cherche un•e coloc avec qui construire un espace de vie calme, convivial, ordonné et bienveillant. Idéalement qui aurait déjà vécu en colocation. The room is large, overlooks the street and has a large walk-in closet, for $830 excluding utilities (add approximately $40-50 for wifi and hydro). My name's Marc.
