L’appart: L’appart est un 5 ½ au dernier étage d’une maison. Il est spacieux et calme, plein de plantes avec un salon et cuisine séparés et un grand balcon ☀️ Localisation: L’appart est situé au cœur du Plateau-Mont Royal, à seulement 10 min à pied de la station Mont Royal, et à 2 min d’une station de bus (lignes 97 et 11) et d’une station Bixi. Le parc La Fontaine est à 10 min à pied. Pleins de commerces, boulangeries, fruiteries, épiceries, cafés et restaurants sont à proximité. La chambre : C’est la plus petite de l’appart, mais également très chaleureuse . Elle dispose d’une fenêtre sur le toit qui permet beaucoup de luminosité en journée. Tu partageras l’appart avec : • Nico: 33, Biologiste marin de Mexique. Je travaille au Mont Royal au dept. de la conservation. J’aime danser, cuisiner et je ne peux pas vivre sans musique, du café et vegépaté. • Sara: Je suis Sara, une femme colombienne et j'adore regarder des films, cuisiner, danser et partager des espaces avec les gens. J'ai étudié l'anthropologie, les études de durabilité et maintenant je fais mon doctorat en géographie à l'UDEM sur les espaces pour les soins et la nourriture et la communauté latino-américaine. Profil recherché : Une personne dans la fin de la vingtaine / début de la trentaine, calme, ouverte à la diversité , qui s’implique dans le ménage et la vie en coloc. A furnished room is available for sublet from 6 April till 31 May (dates flexible) House: It’s a 5 ½ flat located in the last floor, spacious and calm, with plenty of plants It includes a living room and a kitchen separated as well as a large balcony ☀️ Location: The house is located at the heart of Plateau-Mont Royal, only 10 min walking distance from the Mont Royal metro station, and 2 min walk from a bus station (lines 97 & 11) and a Bixi station. The La Fontaine Park is 10 min walk. There are plenty shops, grocery stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby. The room: It’s the smallest room of the flat, but it’s very comfy and cozy . The room has a window on the roof which allows plenty of light during the day. You’ll share the flat with: • Nico: 33, marine biologist from Mexico. I work in the Mont Royal at the conservation department. I like dancing, cooking, and I can’t live without music, coffee and veggie loaf. • Sara: I am Sara from Columbia. I like watching movies, cooking, dancing and sharing spaces with people. I studies anthropology, sustainability studies and I am now doing a PhD in geography at UDEM on healthcare and food spaces and for Latin-American communities. Who we are looking for : A person in their late 20s / early 30s, calm, open to diversity , who is fine with sharing house chores. Rent : 550 CAD monthly, charges and internet included.
