| We have a large bedroom for rent in a large, modern home on a quiet street. The room has a double bed, large desk and mirrored closets with a full sized dresser. Large window that faces the front of the home onto the quiet side street. There are 2 full shared bathrooms on that floor. Price includes high-speed Internet and Wifi, Netflix, use of laundry and kitchen facilities, space in the garage for a bike, and some exercise equipment in the finished basement. Home is centrally air conditioned and heated, recently renovated, and very spacious. Safe neighborhood close to central bus lines, subway stations, groceries and other amenities. Friendly family environment, it's a nonsmoking space, all adults living in the house. We take lots of meals together, but also movie time, video games, and occasional outings. Someone is home almost all of the time, and shopping, cooking and other chores are shared as a group. Come and go as you please, your space will be completely respected as well as your religious, cultural, or lifestyle beliefs. Prefer long-term renters, please, one semester or more at a time, not looking for an AirBNB arrangement - a better choice for someone looking for a "host family" and not a group of roommate/strangers. |
