| SUMMER SUBLET - July & August I’m looking to sublet my furnished room in a 2-bedroom apartment from beginning of July to mid-August (moving out date flexible). 825$ a month with all utilities and wifi included and there is laundry in the building. The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) and the room is very spacious and gets a ton of natural light. The apartment is located near Vendome metro station, with a dépandeur, a supermarket and plenty of cafes and restaurants a couple blocks away (everything you need is within walking distance). You would be sharing the apartment with my awesome roommate- she’s a student at Concordia. L’appartement est situé au dernier étage (3e étage), la chambre est très spacieuse et bénéficie d’une excellente lumière naturelle. L’appartement est à proximité de la station de métro Vendôme, avec un supermarché, ainsi que pleins de cafés et restaurants pas loins (tout est accessible à pied).
