| we are getting a lot of requests, and we can't response quickly as long as is up it means it's available Hey folks, We’re three easygoing roommates in our mid-twenties to early thirties , two of us are in grad school, and one is a young professional. Our fourth roommate is moving out of Canada, so we’re looking for someone to join our home! We're hoping to find someone who is calm, responsible, and mature and someone who’s happy to help keep the house clean and values a drama-free environment. Cleaning after yourself is a MUST The house is fully furnished (except for the available room) and has in-house laundry and a dryer. Your room would be right next to our beautiful backyard. We’ve been living together for a couple of years now, and we really value open communication, respect, and a relaxed vibe. A heads-up: a few of us play music at home regularly, so you gotta be cool with that. Having said that, we like to keep the noise level low after 9pm. Also, we like to host occasional events at our place (with notice, of course!), so it would be great if you’re comfortable with a little bit of community energy now and then.
