L’appartement est situé à pied du marché Jean-Talon et du parc Jarry, et est à égale distance de marche des stations de métro Jean-Talon et Jarry (environ 8 minutes). Stationnement sur la rue. L’appartement est au dernier étage d’un bloc de trois étages, et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Pas d’animaux. L’appartement est meublé, équipé (et très fourni en livres…). Bureau ensoleillé avec plusieurs plantes. Petite chambre avec lit double. Grand salon. Grande cuisine (four, poêle, frigo, grille-pain, cafetière espresso, batterie et ustensiles de cuisine). Petite salle de bain avec bain et douche, ventilateur et fenêtre. Deux balcons. Voisins calmes. Merci de l’être vous aussi ! Le prix est pour les 17 nuits, possibilité de fractionner légèrement. The appartement is at a walkable distance from Jean-Talon market and Jarry Park, and is an 8 minutes walk away from both Jean-Talon and Jarry metro stations. You can park on the street. The appartement is on the top floor of a three floors building, and there is no elevator. No animals allowed. The apartment is furnished and comes with lots of books! The office is sunlit and has many plants. Small bedroom with a double bed. Big living room and big kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, espresso machine, full cookware and kitchen utensils. Small bathroom with shower, bath, fan and window. Two balconies. Quiet neighbors; so, looking for a quiet tenant! The price is for 17 nights. Included: rent, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, insurance.
