It is a spacious 6.5 with two balconies, located within 10 mins walking distance from: Parc Jarry, local épiceries and big groceries, fantastic Indian & Greek food, bus lines 80/92/193 (Parc/Jean Talon/Jarry), Metro du Parc (STM) and the St-Roch indoor pool. For accessibility, please note that it is on the 2nd floor. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom itself is large, with a spacious closet. It is painted forest green. It’s currently being cleaned out but I can send some photos soon. It can be rented unfurnished or with simple furnishings (double bed, side tables). There’s more storage in the apartment as well, and extra room for WFH or for art/craft projects. I’m a 34 year old QPOC homebody who is looking for someone of similar age and who’ll keep a calm, pleasant, respectful vibe in the living space.
