Possibilite d’avoir l’equipement pour la cuisine, ainsi que la literie. Grande cuisine, grandes chambres. Espace pour stationnement. Laveuse, secheuse / 5 min de L'Université à pied et 15 min du Cegep et de l’Institut Maritime ! 1 Room for students available. Very quiet, clean, great place to study. Rooms are big, and furnished, every room has a big fridge. No carpets. Lady comes to clean every week the common spaces. We include OPTIK TV with WIFI internet and a free package plan. Each room has a special phone so to open the door outside. You can also ask for the equipment needed for the kitchen and what is needed for the bed and towels etc. There is a phone in every room if needed. We have spaces for cars. Washer and Dryer. 5 min from the University and 15 from the Cegep and the Maritime Institut.
