| My name is Ava and I am a second year Concordia student looking for a second roommate. We already have an apartment located only a 5 minutes walk away from Lionel Groulx metro! Place is fully furnished with a dishwasher, laundry, and balcony! Super spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with utilities included in the price. Since we are two girls we are preferably looking for another young woman/student. Also the apartment comes with an adorable cat named Howie!
