PLEASE READ THE DETAILS BELOW CAREFULLY: For double-occupancy (TWO PEOPLE sharing the room, one person per bed), it costs: * Per day it's $29 per person all-included (except parking). That means $58 for both people. * Per week it's $149 per person all-included (except parking). That means $298 for born people. * Per month it's $395 per person all-included (except parking). That means $790 for both people. For single-occupancy (ONE PERSON staying alone in the room), it costs: * Per day it's $49 all-included (except parking). * Per week it's $249 all-included (except parking). * Per month it's $695 all-included (except parking). Regarding payment, there are more details to explain to you if you are interested. Magnificent spacious house in the HEART of Montreal, with a large garden, easily accessible from the ST-MICHEL (blue line) and PIE-IX (green line) metro stations. I offer a bright, good-sized room, on the 1st floor, with a large window, and it's fully furnished. It has 2 single beds (called "twin beds" in North America), very comfortable mattresses, and ample storage space. There is another bedroom (already occupied) on the same floor. Bathroom (on the same floor as the bedrooms), complete with bathtub. Washer and dryer in the basement (you must notify me before using them). High speed Internet included. Electricity included (lighting, hot water, consumption of household appliances). The use of the air conditioner (located above the steps of the staircase connecting the 1st floor to the ground floor) must be limited to very hot days (heatwave) and must not be excessive, respecting the environment and the principle of saving unnecessary costs. Kitchen (on the ground floor), FULLY equipped with dinette for informal meals (round table with chairs). Appliances included: Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Regular Grill (Mini-Oven), Toaster, Nespresso Coffee Maker and Keurig Coffee Maker (the latter is compatible with capsules obviously, but with your own coffee too since it has a reusable container that can be filled with coffee). In the living room there is a comfortable 3-seater sofa/couch and a huge smart TV. Formal dining room (on the ground floor) separate from the kitchen with rectangular table and chairs. Beautiful terrace and large garden with shed (on the corner), and large trees all around. From the ST-MICHEL metro station, allow 9 minutes with bus # 141 (frequent line in both directions every day of the week). Otherwise, allow 1.4 km on foot. Depending on your walking speed. the journey should take between 14 and 18 minutes (16 minutes on average). For the bus stop (called "SRB" which is a French acronym) of the express line serving the PIE-IX metro station, allow only 1 to 2 minutes of walking. Then take either bus # 439 in 9 minutes or regular bus # 139 in 16 minutes. So allow 10 to 18 minutes in total (14 minutes on average). In addition, I provide bedding (fitted sheets and flat sheets) plus towels. Just bring your bags!
