Im looking for someone to transfer my lease to starting from May 1st to August 31st (located in Campus1 MTL residence, it is a student living) - Price is negotiable ! - I am willing to leave a bit earlier and the rent will be payed for you for the rest of the month, with free breakfast lunch and dinner until May 1st OR leave later on May 31st, so that you move in for three months: June July and August ! Information on the room: - Private room - Shared 1.5 bathroom and common room with 1 roommate (fridge, storage, couch in common room) - All you can eat breakfast (it is mandatory, 298$ added to rent price for each month) - 5 minutes away from Centre Eaton, Places des Arts metro and in proximity to Mount Royal - Fully equipped gym with basketball court, laundry room, ping pong and pool tables, arcade games, common areas and cinema rooms. Accessible 24/7 - All utilities included: internet, electricity, water - AC and heating can be changed from the room - 24hrs/7 days security In French: Je cherche quelqu'un pour transférer mon bail du 1er mai au 31 août ( situé dans la résidence Campus1 MTL, une résidence étudiante) N'hésitez pas à me contacter si vous êtes intéressé(e) ou si vous connaissez quelqu'un qui l'est.
