| Chambre à louer pour le mois de mai. Une chambre éclairée se libère dans un grand appartement à Hochelaga. La chambre n’est pas meublée, cette annonce est donc pour quelqu’un ayant son mobilier de chambre. L’appartement est moderne avec son côté rustique, la salle de bain et la cuisine sont très pratiques, le salon est immense. L’endroit comporte également un sous-sol pratique afin d’y entreposer des meubles, linges, vélos ou autres. L’appartement a un stationnement. Chat accepté. Sur place il y a déjà Shaga, la chatte grise et poilue, très affectueuse, mais possédant un bon mauvais caractère. La chambre est de 800 dollars par mois (à noter que la chambre devient 845$ en juillet suite à l’augmentation du TAL ). Charge (chauffage, internet non compris dans le prix) Ton futur coloc : Yannick, 36 ans, enseignant de musique au primaire. Passionné par la musique, les animaux, la nature, les plantes, le hockey. Je suis quelqu’un d’entreprenant et créatif qui aime faire de son environnement un endroit inspirant où les plantes prospèrent. Je recherche des colloques avec qui partager cet endroit et en faire un endroit encore plus verdoyant, paisible, pratique et inspirant. La propreté et le respect sont des prérequis essentiels dans cette collocation. Côté location, je recherche idéalement quelqu’un pour être sur le bail. Donc quelqu’un de fiable et je demande à un minimum de référence. Présentement, il y a aussi une chambre qui si libèrera probablement en juin ou juillet (pas défini encore) occupé par Jonathan, jeune infirmer de 32 ans qui aime beaucoup la musique électronique et passionnée de parachutisme.
