Fully furnished bachelor apartment for summer sublet in the Verdun area from May to October. I will be gone temporarily, but likely to return in the fall. Top floor apartment that is very private despite being in a busy area. Just over 5-minute walk to the beach or Wellington Street (a very vibrant street with many events and artworks). Walking distance to tons of amenities including groceries, cafes, bookstores and more. Metro stations are also within 10-minute walking distance. It’s about as convenient a location as possible. Includes the following: - Fully furnished with more than the average desk and shelf space along with a very well-equipped kitchen - Unlimited Wi-Fi only $20/month - Heat/Hydro Included - Air conditioning unit - Laundry (coin op) in building - Parking Space in the lot directly outside - Extras to be discussed The move-in and move-out dates are flexible, so please send details of your intended stay (minimum 1 month) and I will get back to you. It will be available from the week of the 26th onward. Preference will be given to anyone wanting to stay longer until September 30, or at least until end of August.
