| Monthly rate of $1300:month equals $43.33/night includes taxes! Weekly rates of $350 week equals $50.00 night includes taxes! We are 10km from Nutrien Vanscoy mine 20 minutes from Nutrien Cory mine. We are 2 km from Mobile Grain & 2 km from Grain Millers facility. The building was totally renovated 10 years ago. It is a Heritage building of 1750 square feet with five bedrooms three bathrooms: one 1/2 bath, 1 3/4 bath and 1 full bath. Everything is provided, towels , bedding, dishes, pots and pans. There is a Keurig with coffee supplied. We supply cleaning of the premise and changing of all towels and bed linens weekly. There are hotel grade beds, small bar fridges in all rooms as well as 32 inch (or larger) flatscreen TV's in the bedrooms. We have upgraded tv packages and secure and wide band wifi. In addition there are 2 large fridges, 2 microwaves and an upright freezer in the common area. The common area is large and comprised of a laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room is large and comfortable. There is a large deck with BBQ supplied. We are one block from the Delisle Valleyview Golf Course. There is lots of parking.
